Introduction to Electronic Restoration is an introduction to electronics restoration and its impact on insurance claims. Students will learn how to successfully manage a claim with electronics in order to reduce the cost and severity of the claim, while creating accountability and improved customer service. This course will also examine the significance of utilizing qualified service providers to help identify, inventory and properly capture all types of media and electronics for restoration, replacement or non-salvageability.
